Regional Sales Manager ( Vest & Briefs)

The Candidates Responsibility :

  • Independently managing North Region for Appointing distributors & Channel sales functions.
  • Should have handled leading Hosiery brands (Men’s & Ladies inner wear ) and currently in same field
  • Having good knowledge and rapoo with distributors across north region ( Delhi/ Haryana / Rajasthan/ Punjab Chandigarh/ Uttaranchal/ Uttarakhand / UP regions
  • Planning and implementing business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Formulating budgets, projections, and implementation plans.
  • Directly responsible for business development, sales and marketing activities for all north India operations Complete profit center management of the division.
  • Providing leadership and inspiration to the team to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in handling the large number distributors and dealers.
  • Successful planning and execution of call and non-call activities as per the norms and strategy of the organization in coordination with reporting manager and HO
  • Suggesting & Implementing advertising and promotional activities by planning Add budgets, Campaigns, promos & other support activities with respective departments.
  • Smooth functioning of trade channel (stockiest /institutions) by ensuring optimum primary secondary ratio, secondary stock days, no outstanding and speedy resolution of any issues.
  • Intensive expertise in conducting market research and analysis of market potential, trends and competitors strategy.
  • Timely reporting on JFWR (joint field work report), tour program, expense statement, key customer reports, non-call activity reports and any other daily / monthly / weekly report/online tool that may be required from time to time
  • Identifying training needs and planning interventions for on job coaching

The Candidates Responsibility :

  • Develop an Ecosystem that provides the right Inputs for Sellers to strengthen our brands.
  • Manage a set of Private labels of Ramraj (across categories). This would involve identifying the right Re-Sellers to give the brand(s) to control the marketing mix and exploring relevant brand extensions.
